Outside work, I read crime thrillers, listen to a lot of music, travel when I can, and play video games.

## Lately

These days I'm working on tools for agents. I keep thinking about what changes when they can take initiative instead of waiting for a prompt, and what it should feel like to work with them when chat is only one part of the interface.

## Experience

- [Arcium](https://www.arcium.com/) (June 2023 to July 2026): Arihant joined Elusiv as its third employee while still at university. Over the next three years, he worked across product and engineering through its transition to Arcium.
